The Creator is the most compassionate One of all toward man. Compassion and mercy shown to man by anyone besides Him all derive from GD's compassion and mercy. None of the ways in which man's welfare is furthered is unknown to the Creator. This follows logically, for man is one of GD's works, and there is no one who knows more about what benefits a thing or harms it, about the mishaps that can befall it, the ailments that can beset it, and what can cure it than it's maker pg 373
Daily Halacha
After using the bathroom, the consensus of the poskim is that one is not required to wash his hands three times with a vessel after using the bathroom. The evil spirit that adheres to one's hand after using the bathroom is different from the ruach rah, which adheres to one's hand upon rising and does not require the stricter procedure of washing three times with a vessel. There are some poskim who disagree, and so it is praiseworthy for one to be meticulous and wash his hand alternately three times with a vessel.
