Trust

The first of five prefaces to comprehension and realization of which will bring a person to complete trust in GD is 1. He should believe and clearly recognize that the seven qualities which, if united in the object of one's trust, make it possible to trust in him are united in GD   pg 373 Daily Halacha The Torah commands that one give honor to any frum Jew man or woman over the age of seventy by rising to one's full height when the older person comes within four amos (6/8 feet)  until the older person leaves the area of his four Amos.  Regardless of how learned or great the person is, we recognize and pay tribute to him "because in his great number of years, he has seen and recognized a bit of the workings of Hashem and His wonders, and he is thus worthy of honor. It is not proper to just get up a little, one should rise fully in order to perform the mitzvah properly

Trust

When this becomes clear to a person, and he grasps firmly the true nature of the Creator's kindness, he will trust in Him, surrender himself completely to Him, leave the guidance of his life to Him, never suspect His judgment nor be angered at what He has chosen from him. pg 371/3   Daily Halacha It is permitted to eat food that was inadvertently cooked in a pot that was not immersed in the Mikvah. The utensils are not treif, and the food does not become non-kosher even if one knew that the pot was not immersed and cooked food in it anyway. The food may still be eaten.

Trust

Whoever possesses all the qualities mentioned above, together with all those previously mentioned, meets all the conditions of being worthy of one's trust.  One who recognizes this is obligated to put his trust in him to be tranquil because of him outwardly and inwardly in his heart and with his limbs to submit to him to accept his decrees and to judge him favorably in all his laws and actions.  Daily Halacha If a Kosher restaurant has non-Jewish or a Jew who does not keep Kosher delivery workers, they may be required to put a seal on the delivered order.  For example, suppose the customer has no idea how the food should look and has no idea what to expect. In that case, the food may not be eaten even b'diavad (this only applies if the order includes a type of food that the delivery person may want for himself and will be able to replace with a cheaper nonkosher item.  If, however, the customer has ordered this particular food many times before and can easily identif...

Whom does he trust

The one in whom he trusts is absolutely generous and kind to the deserving as well as the undeserving. His generosity is perpetual, his kindness continuous, unfailing, and uninterrupted pg 369 Daily Halacha If one finished eating mezonos wine or fruits of shiv'as ha-minim, forgot to recite the appropriate beracha acharonah, and left the premises if he can return without delay, he should do so; otherwise, he may be lenient and recite the appropriate blessing in his present location.  However, when one eats food whose berachah acharonah is borei nefashos, he need not return to where he ate if he left without reciting, and he recites borei nefashos at his present location.

When one trusts

The affairs of the one who trusts are entirely in the hands of the one in whom he trusts. No one else can harm him or help him do him good, or shield him from injury.  As in the case of a slave confined to a prison under the control of his master.  When the one who trusts is in the power of the one in who he trusts in this way, trust in him is more fitting.  pg 369 Daily Halacha  There are two exceptions to one returning to the place he ate to bentch 1. If by the time he will return to the place where he ate more than seventy-two minutes will have passed from the time he finished eating, he should bentsch immediately and not go back 2. If there is bread available at the place where he presently finds himself he need not return to the place where he ate originally.   Instead, he should wash his hands without reciting al netilas yadaym, recite hamotzi, eat at least a small amount of bread, and then recite birkas hamazon.
