Now is the time to pray

Among the benefits of trusting in H'shem in this world are a heart at rest, free of worldly cares, a tranquil spirit undisturbed and untroubled by lack of bodily gratification, and a sense of calm, security, and peace. As it says, "Blessed is the man who trusts in GD. GD will be his refuge. He is like a tree planted by water that sends out its root by the stream."

Another advantage is the soul's release from the need to set out on long journeys which consume the body and shortens one's life

Although they were raised in Mitzrayim, they were untouched and uninfluenced by the outside world. Tonight and tomorrow is the time to pray for the Chinuch of your children (future children, or all children of Am Yisroel) that they should be untouched by the outside world and stay pure to the Torah BEZ" H

Once, on a Motzoei Shabbos, the chasidim were sitting in the bais medrash of the Ruzhiner Rebbe zy”a for Melave Malka. Suddenly, the Rebbe opened the door of his room next to the bais medrash, stood at the entrance, and said, “The Baal Shem Tov was not a deity, and the zaida, the Magid, was not just an ordinary wagon driver. And once, when the holy Baal Shem Tov prayed, his talis fringe fell out of his gartel and dragged on the floor. The Magid approached, picked it up, and put it back in the gartel, but he was trembled with such tremendous fear that he fainted and his life was in danger. The Segulah and the promise of saying Avraham's mother's name

There is a well-known segulah from the Kaf HaChaim citing HaRav Refael Abuchatzera that one who says Avraham Avinu's mother's name אמתלאי בת כרנבו (Amtlai bat Karnevo) 17 times before Oseh Shalom in Shmoneh Esrei is promised they will have chen and will be protected. When Amtlai found out she was pregnant, Nimrod had made a gezeirah that all baby boys were to be killed right after birth, since his advisors had told him a boy would be born who would show the world who the real GD is. Not knowing what to do, she called out: "Whoever the GD of the world is, if this is a boy, save him!" H'shem helped her hide her pregnancy from everyone, including Terach, her husband. When it was time to deliver, she went into a cave and gave birth. It was a boy. She called him Avram. She knew if he was discovered, he would be killed.
