The alchemist (one who can change any substance into precious metals, gold, silver. In our terms, one who has the dream job, the minimum amount of work with tremendous abundance.) trusts his secret to no one else out of concern for his own self. But one who trusts in H'shem fears no man; rather, he glories in Him.
Daily Halacha
Not every time one separates challah over a mezonos item is one required to recite the blessing of lehafrish challah. The blessing is recited only if one has at least sixteen cups of flour in the dough. The mezonos item is a type of food over which one would recite the ha-motzi blessing if he were to make a meal out of that seudah, and the dough is mixed with either water, wine, grape juice, olive oil, milk, or bee's honey.
