One who trusts in GD will not submit to another. He will not set his hopes on any man or put his trust in human beings. He will not be subservient to them in order to win their favor, nor will he flatter them

Daily Halacha Teves 19
לעילוי נשמת אבי, יצחק בן משה הלוי
Technically, a boy and girl under the age of Bar/Bat Mitzvah may perform tevilas keilim, but it may be questionable whether they did it correctly.
Utensils made of gold, silver, copper, iron, tin, and lead require tevilah min ha-Torah and may not to be immersed by a child unless an adult supervises. If the keili must be toveled again it is done without another Bracha.
Those made from aluminum glass Pyrex, glazed earthenware, lead-coated earthenware, china Corningware, and porcelain enamel require tevilah M' Derabanan. A child can be trusted to do the Tevilah with a Bracha.
