An advantage of trusting in H'Shem is a heart diverted from worldly concerns and focused on serving H'shem. He will have peace of mind, diminished anxiety on an even greater level than the "alchemist", one who can turn metal into precious metals.

Why must one tear his clothing if he is in the presence of one who is passing away? Because a Jew is compared to a Torah scroll and on his passing, he is likened to a burning Torah scroll, which too if witness requires one to tear his garments "For the holiness of a Jewish soul is identical with the holiness of a Torah scroll"(Gemarah Moed Katan 25a)
