If one is employed he is in danger of trusting his employer to be his source of income. He begins to trust in H'shem, once he realizes that his employer or any man is deficient in being able to control things such as: "rainfall, on sown fields, sailing the seas, crossing parched deserts, sudden floods, the outbreak of pestilence among the living creatures and simial matters in which man is totally without devices".
