A tactic that the Yetzer Hara may use is to show you examples of how our Avos and those before giving the Torah were immersed in connecting to H'shem in everything they did. We can not be fooled. We must follow the directives of the Torah and the Torah authorities following their instructions and laws of how and when to fulfill the mitzvot.
