There are several distinctions between those that rely on H'shem for their Parnasa, livelihood and those that do not. The first is basic trust, which means if he sees the good or not. The real test of trust comes not when someone gets what they want, but when someone sees disappointment is still happy and can say "I know in the end it will be good because H'shem is in control and He only has the best of intentions for me"
