One is obligated to trust in H'shem in all worldly matters relating to this world and in the world to come. The "matters of this world" refer to 1. The welfare of one's own body 2. The interest of one's livelihood including one's wealth and possessions and the 3rd is the welfare of one's household, spouse and relatives friends and enemies those above him and those below him including all the different classes of people
