Shavua Tov Everyone.
We learnt in this week’s Shabbat Shiur the keys to why your
Tefilot may not be answered and what we need to do to get them answered and see
the Yeshout.
I have included two links the first is the original Tefilah
Shiur and the second on how you can ruin or be showered will all the Yeshuot
this Pesach.
1. Is what I am Davening for truly good for me? I must trust H'shem if I have not gotten it
yet it may not be good for me
Example: a.This challenge is making me a better person
b. It
is really not for my best
c. I am
growing closer to H'shem by having this challenge
d. This
challenge is in place of a challenge that would be worse
2. Don't complain. Any Tefilah that has a slight sound of
complaint or feeling that H'shem is doing something wrong (Chas Vishalom) will
not be accepted as Rav Dessler says a Tefila that you are telling H'shem what
to do is Chuzpah
Example: Instead of saying “how could you give me x I need y,” you say "H'shem you run your
world perfectly and what you do for me is exactly what I need. Please H'shem release the pain of the Shechina
from this Tzar by;
-Healing
-Removing Debt
-Instilling within them/ me the desire to learn and do
Teshuva/Tzenuah
-Showering us with Shalom Bayis
-Letting me build a house with a spouse
-Giving me Children.....
3. Ben Adam L'Chavero - If there is a specific
discourse going on in your life with someone or if you can improve in any way
in this area it will help your Tefilah get accepted. If there is a certain situation that you are
weak in, in Adam Lechavaro it may be stopping your Tefilah from getting heard
-Lashon Hara
-Jealousy
-Not caring about someone else’s pain
-Disturbing or negatively effecting someone’s life
4. Nivel Peh
everyone, to his own degree, but a dirty mouth (as a smelly (Nevalah)
carcass) H'shem moves away form and will not hear his Tefilah
- Cursing/Bad Language
-Low language
-Not speaking with Kovod Yelling insulting
-Improve your speech by speaking positively, comely with
everyone at all times.
-Reading Igeret Haramban is a good way to learn how to speak
as well as a well know Segulah to have your Tefilot answered (since your actively
trying to work on your Midos)
5. Amen is a perfect Tefilah Rav Shteinman
(A"H) said a Tefilah that you don't believe in won’t be accepted as well
as one you believe in so much that it causes haughtiness (Giva) The only Tefilah that this does not affect is
an AMEN. The power of Amen is huge and
one good Amen can send all your Tefilot souring to Shmayim
We all know how difficult this time of year is. The Arizal says the Satan is harder at work
to get you angry then you are to get out the Chametz, if you let him win YOU
WILL LOSE, if you stay calm laugh, sing, dance, smile and NEVER GET ANGRY you will
SEE THE YESHUOT in unprecedented ways.
