The "Dream Job" refereed to by Rabbenu Bachya as the" alchemist", is dependent on material needs. These needs are not always available. On the other hand one who trusts in H'shem does not need anything. H'shem can provide for him a Parnasa anywhere, anytime, and under any conditions. One who trusts in H'shem has nothing to fear.
