Nefesh Hachaim
The name Elokim describes H'shem's attribute of being "the ALL-Powerful , Master of all that exists, constantly infusing the forces of nature with the power to function." Meaning nothing in nature has it's own force or power. It is being constantly infused with the power to exist something that H'shem can change at any time. Ever since the creation of the universe GD continuously bestows light upon the universe and by this virtue it continues to exist. Were GD to to stop the flow at any moment the "universe would revert to nothingness."
