At the right time.

Rabbenu Bachya is now going to spell out for us exactly how we are obligated to trust in H'shem when it comes to our livelihood.  If Chas Vishalom at times it is held from him he must say to himself and internalize with complete trust." The One Who brought me into this world at a certain time and at a certain moment, neither earlier nor later, He is the One Who withholds from me my livelihood until a certain moment and day, knowing what is best for me."

 Have any of you said to GD "Really I totally disagree.  I would  much rather have been born in this year, this day, this month and at this time".  No, you haven't?.  I gather it is because you have the basic amount of Emunah to know that when you were born was when you needed to be born exactly at the right time, right place right moment, not earlier and not later.  When we recognize this basic trust we must understand that GD's infinite wisdom knows what is best for us in every situation and at every moment.  Your limited understanding of the universe makes you believe that what you want now is what you need,   Let go, GD knows what you need and he will never abandon you. Trust Him He will show you how.

The Segulah and the promise of saying Avraham's mother's name

There is a well-known segulah from the Kaf HaChaim citing HaRav Refael Abuchatzera that one who says Avraham Avinu's mother's name אמתלאי בת כרנבו (Amtlai bat Karnevo) 17 times before Oseh Shalom in Shmoneh Esrei is promised they will have chen and will be protected. When Amtlai found out she was pregnant, Nimrod had made a gezeirah that all baby boys were to be killed right after birth, since his advisors had told him a boy would be born who would show the world who the real GD is. Not knowing what to do, she called out: "Whoever the GD of the world is, if this is a boy, save him!" H'shem helped her hide her pregnancy from everyone, including Terach, her husband. When it was time to deliver, she went into a cave and gave birth. It was a boy. She called him Avram. She knew if he was discovered, he would be killed.
